S430 Pitot flow and consumption meter for wet compressed air The S430 compressed air flow meter has been developed for measuring wet, dirty air and non-corrosive gases and can be installed e.g. directly on the output side of the compressor. Where other flow meters probably fail, because they cannot withstand the wet and hot air, the S430 works properly under these conditions. The S430 flowmeter can be easily installed using a full bore G3/4” ball valve, without having to depressurize your compressed air system. Also disassembling the flowmeter for calibration, for example, is no problem at all. The optional color display shows all measured values, such as flow and total consumption. The display can also be used to manage sensor settings such as pipe diameter, gas type or output settings. The S430 pitot flowmeter offers several signal output options, such as analog and pulse. Alternatively, a MODBUS RTU interface can be used to access all measured values ​​via the digital interface. Various settings such as gas type, flow unit, reference standards can be set at the factory as required. If it is necessary to change the settings on site, the free S4C-FS software for Android phones can be used to wirelessly access the flowmeter settings.
