Quality measurement

In practice, we see that compressed air is a matter of course for many companies. Too often it is dismissed as “it will be fine, as long as it is clean and dry.” All kinds of machines are used in production processes, which in many cases are supplied with compressed air in one way or another and have a specific requirement with regard to the compressed air quality.

ISO standard 8573.1

The ISO standard 8573.1 offers tools to define and control the compressed air quality in a production process. Due to the multitude of compressed air-operated machines, one often works with one quality standard of compressed air in terms of filtration, drying and dirt particles, while some processes and/or machines require a different compressed air quality in order to work without problems and product-safely.

In the food industry, pharmaceuticals, hospitals and laboratories, among others, it must be prevented that polluted compressed air can come into contact with the product (direct or indirect contamination) or contaminate expensive analysis equipment.
Ants quickly and effectively provides insight into the quality of your compressed air in accordance with the defined ISO 8573.1 class by measuring the compressed air quality on site/user level for residual moisture, residual oil vapor (VOC) and dirt particles.
